摘　　要：目的通过T-SPOT.TB试验检测了解人群聚集场所人员结核分枝杆菌潜伏性感染状况。方法对人群聚集场所人员组(122名)、结核病相关医护技人员组(64名)和涂阳肺结核组(22名)共208名受检对象分别进行T-SPOT.TB试验,了解结核分枝杆菌潜伏感染状况。结果 208名受检人员中,结核潜伏感染人群90人,总潜伏感染率43.27%。人群聚集场所人员潜伏感染率57.38%(70/122);医护技人员潜伏感染率31.25%(20/64);涂阳肺结核患者阳性率100%(22/22)。结论人群聚集场所人员结核潜伏感染率高,应加强防控措施。Objective To study the latent tuberculosis infection （LTBI） in crowded factory workers with T-SPOT.TB method. Methods Total of 208 cases, including 122 crowded factory workers, 64 health care workers and 22 TB patients with smear-positive were collected to be tested through T-SPOT.TB assay, combined with the strains detection and radiographic examination. Results Total T-SPOT.TB positive rate is 43.27%（90/208）, the LTBI positive rate in crowded factory workers is 57.38%（70/122）, and the positive rate is 31.25% （20/64） and 100%（22/22） in health care workers and patients with smear-positive, respectively. Conclusion Crowded factory workers have the high LTBI rate, therefore it is necessary to enforce the prevention and control measures.
