摘　　要：目的探讨预处理期的护理要点,以提高移植质量,减少并发症。方法对48例异基因造血干细胞移植的患者采用口腔护理、心理护理、并发症护理等一系列的指导措施。结果患者配合顺利渡过预处理期。结论给予精心的护理,按照流程进行严格的操作,对于异基因造血干细胞移植患者的预处理有重要意义,降低了并发症的发生,提高了移植成功率。Objective to investigate the pre nursing points of treatment period, in order to improve transplant quality, reduce complications. Methods 48 cases ofallogeneic hematopoietic stem measures of oral nursing,psychological nursing, complication nursing and a series of cell transplantation in patients with. Results patients with smoothly through thepretreatment period. Conclusion in the process of pretreatment, laminar flowroom nurses strict operation and comprehensive and detailed observation of changes in condition, and prevent and correct treatment of adversereaction is one of the key factors to the success of the transplantation.
