人性化护理在小儿麻醉诱导中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨人性化护理在小儿麻醉诱导中的效果,为临床参考提供参考和依据。方法:将200例实施麻醉诱导的患儿随机分为对照组与观察组,每组100例。对照组患者在麻醉诱导期间给予常规护理,观察组给予常规护理的基础上添加人性化护理。对两组患儿的护理有效率以及配合程度进行比较。结果:观察组患儿的护理有效率为91.0%,显著高于对照组(68.0%),观察组患儿的配合程度为95.0%,显著高于对照组(74.0%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理可以有效改善小儿麻醉诱导中出现的负面情绪,使其配合麻醉诱导的进行。Objective To investigate the efficacy of humane nursing in pediatric anesthesia induction.Methods 200 cases of children with the induction of anesthesia were randomly divided into control group and observation group,100 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing during the induction of anesthesia,observation group were given humane nursing based on routine nursing.Nursing efficiency and children cooperation degree of two groups were compared.Results Nursing efficiency of observation group was 91.0%,which was significantly higher than that of control group（68.0%）;children cooperation degree observation group was 95.0%,which was significantly higher than that of control group（74.0%）.the above differences were statistically significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Humane nursing can effectively improve children＇s negative emotions in the induction of anesthesia,benefit to the induction of anesthesia.
