摘　　要：科技进步对法律的影响是多方面的。在信息时代中,法律经常面临着科技进步带来的冲击,造成二者矛盾的原因在于其各自性质的不同,前沿性与滞后性、特殊性与普遍性,局部性与整体性等等。法律回应科技进步的基本立场应当是保守主义,具体策略则包括立法上吸收公众参与、司法上进行试点、秉承公共利益原则和完善专家咨询制度等等。The influence of progress of science and technology on law is various. In information era, law has to face the shock brought by the progress of science and technology. The reason of their conflicts lies in their different natures ： leading edge and hysteresis, particularity and universality, locality and integrity. Law should respond to the impact in many ways： its basic standpoint should be conservative ; detailed measures include citizen participation, judicial experiment, public interest principle and expert - consulting system.
