摘 要:集成Delphi、AHP、灰色关联和模糊评判法的优势,基于系统观和煤炭产业集群特质性,构建煤炭产业集群竞争力DHGF评价模型,以山西煤炭产业集群(区)为样本进行算例分析,验证模型可靠性。结果表明,DHGF模型不仅能够较客观地对煤炭产业集群竞争力进行综合打分,还可对影响煤炭产业集群竞争力的因素进行系统评分和深入分析,在拓宽系统评价理论方面具有一定参考价值。In recent years, the coal - rich region and the trend of industrial clusters of large coal industry base have become increasingly evident, and the degree of development of industrial clusters has become an important indicator of the level of industrial and regional core competitiveness. This paper integrates the advantages of Delphi, AHP, gray relation and fuzzy evaluation method, based on the system concept and the coal industry cluster trait, constructs a DHGF evaluation model of coal industry cluster competitiveness, and verifies the reliability of the model according to numerical analysis by taking the coal industry cluster in Shanxi as an example. The resuhs show that: DHGF model can not only better evaluate the competitiveness of coal industry cluster objectively, but also carry out comprehensive evaluation and deep analysis on factors affecting the competitiveness of coal industry cluster, which has a certain reference value in broadening the theoretical aspects of system evaluation.
