摘　　要：在公共科技服务模式分析的基础上,结合湖北省公共科技服务的发展现状构建公共科技服务能力评估体系,并基于因子分析法构建数学分析模型,以湖北省的18个主要城市为案例进行分析,以期对湖北省区市的公共科技服务能力做出一个综合评价,找出影响各区市公共科技服务能力的主要影响因素,为政府进行公共科技服务模式的优化提供一些思路。Based on the public technology service mode, this paper constructs an evaluation system of public science and technology service capability combined with the development situation of Hubei Province, and builds the mathematics model based on the factor analysis method. Eighteen main cities in Hubei Province are used for case study to make a comprehensive evaluation on public technology service ability of Hubei Province and to find out the main factors affecting the public science and technology service capabilities, which can provide some ideas for the government to optimize the public technology service mode.
