摘  要:从制造商的角度建立LED照明行业逆向物流模式选择决策模型,分析各模式的最优决策情况。研究表明,当仅以收益最大化为决策标准时,制造商选择自营模式,但回收率可能最小;在单位交易成本相对稳定的情况下,增大改造再制造比例可有效提高回收率。但随着人们环保意识的增强、经济和科技的发展,产品的改造再制造比例可能会下降,以致无法保证回收率。结论建议制定回收率最低标准,确保收益最大化追求下LED照明产品有效回收。The importance and necessity of the reverse logistics management in LED lighting products were described. The decision -making model in deciding reverse logistics mode in LED lighting industry was established to analyze the conditions of the optimal decisions. The result shows that the manufacturers select the self- supporting mode, in which the recovery rate may be minimal. And the increase of the proportion of the transformation aud remanufaeturing can effectively improve the recovery rate in the case that the transaction costs are relatively stable. But the proportion may decline and the recovery rate can not be guaranteed with the increasing awareness of environmental protection, the development of economy and technology. The conclusion suggests as follows : making the minimum standards for the recovery rate and ensuring effective recovery of LED lighting products in the pursuit of profit maximization.
