摘 要:针对高技术虚拟产业集群(High-Tech Virtual Industrial Cluster,HTVIC)知识创新的适应性问题,引入遗传算法的编码公式和小生境共享函数对NK模型进行改进,构建考虑关系强度和创新方式的HTVIC知识创新的NK模型,并进行仿真分析,结果表明:HTVIC成员的关系强度要与创新方式相匹配,即强-渐和弱-突为两种最佳组合模式。最后从学习角度提出HTVIC知识创新适应性提升的策略:强关系下进行利用式学习以促进渐进性创新,弱关系下进行探索式学习以促进突变性创新。论文从改进NK模型并进行仿真的视角,对HTVIC知识创新中的关系强度、创新方式及学习方式进行研究,从而为提升HTVIC知识创新的适应性提供科学决策依据。In order to improve adaptability of HTVIC' s knowledge innovation,the coded formula and the sharing function of Niche from Genetic Algorithm are introduced to modify NK model,and then NK model of HTVIC' s knowledge innovation is constructed considering relationship strength and way of innovation,after that the simulation is conducted and two groups of better patterns are identified.Lastly,the strategies to improve adaptability are supplied from the point of organizational learning.Exploitive learning should be operated to improve incremental innovation in strong ties.However,exploratory learning should be operated to improve radical innovation in weak ties.From the perspective of improved NK model and simulation,the paper dose a research on the relations between relationship strength,innovation way and learning style.What has done will provide scientific decision basis to advance the adaptability of knowledge innovation in HTVIC.
