摘 要:急倾斜条件下确保综采支架稳定一直是急倾斜综采工作面安全生产难题之一。现以李嘴孜矿3232(3)急倾斜工作面具体条件为研究基础,结合倾斜砌体结构理论与理论力学相关知识,对顶板倾斜砌体结构反倾向顺压作用下支架稳定(下滑与倾倒)进行力学分析。结果表明,3232(3)工作面支架最小工作阻力不小于4023kN能够保持稳定,支护阻力为4600kN工作面支架的选择使用比较合理。最后,通过对支架受力模型分析,提出在工作面推进过程中,支架底座安装底座双千斤顶、顶梁双千斤顶以及改变工作面移架方式等技术措施,能够有效调整和防止支架倾倒与下滑现象发生,很大程度提高支架稳定性,保证综采工作面生产安全高效。Steep stable conditions to ensure the fully mechanized support has been one of production safety problems of steeply inclined working face .Now ,according to Lizuizhi coal mine 3232 (3) steeply inclined working face a specific conditions as the research basis ,in combination with the related knowledge of theory of inclined masonry structure and theoretical mechanics ,to the roof of tilt masonry structure in the tendency of support stability under the action of (decline and dumping) is analyzed with mechanics .The results showed that 3232 (3) working face support working resistance minimum not less than 4023 kN can remain stable ,the choice of the 4600 kN support resistance of working face support is quite reasonable . Finally ,by analyzing the support mechanical model ,raised that in the process of working face advancing , support base mounting base double jack ,top beam double jack and technical measures such as changing the moving frame method can effectively adjust and prevent support dumping and decline phenomenon ,greatly improve the support stability ,guarantee the safe and efficient production of fully mechanized working face .
