摘　　要：文章从信息资源形态、基础数据建设、信息技术应用等方面分析了信息资源利用的现状,对国内外信息资源利用的最新发展进行总结,研究提出国防科技信息利用的对策建议。This paper analyzes the utilization status of information resources around the aspects of the form of information resources,construction of basic data and application of information technology. The paper summarizes the latest development in the utilization of information resources at home and abroad. Finally,the paper puts forward countermeasures for the utilization of the national defense STI.
