摘 要:针对永磁接触器在合闸过程中产生的触头弹跳与烧蚀的问题,提出一种合闸全过程的电压智能调节控制技术,实现合闸过程的智能动态调节。在分析双E型永磁接触器合闸特性的基础上,建立了智能电压调节控制下的电压平衡方程和机械运动方程,基于Matlab软件建立了PWM控制电压模型、电磁力计算模型、动铁心和动触头合闸运动模型,并对合闸全过程进行了动态仿真。本文建立的基于Matlab的全过程动态仿真模型为研究智能型永磁接触器的合闸全过程动态特性提供了一种有效的快速手段。最后,实验结果验证了仿真模型和智能调节控制技术的正确性。Aiming at the problem of the contact bounce and ablation for making process of permanent magnet(PM) contactor, a voltage intelligent adjustment control technique was proposed for the whole making process, which achieved the intelligent dynamic adjustment of the making process. The voltage equivalence equation and mechanical motion equation under the intelligent voltage adjustment control were established based on analyzing making characteristics of double E-type PM contactor. The PWM control voltage model, electromagnetic force calculation model, the making motion model of the moving iron core and movable contact were established based on Matlab software and were dynamic simulated for the whole making process. The whole process dynamic simulation model based on Matlab provides an effective and fast means for the study of dynamic characteristic about the whole making process for intelligent PM contactor. Finally, the experimental results verify the correctness of simulation model and intelligent adjustment control technology.
