摘　　要：决奈达隆是治疗心房颤动的新药之一,本文就决奈达隆的药理特点及其6项Ⅲ期临床试验做一简述,为临床用药提供指导。Dronedarone is one of the new drugs for the treatment of atrial fibrillation.This paper briefly introduces the pharmacological characteristics of dronedarone and 6 phase Ⅲ clinical trials, aiming to guide clinical medication.
