摘 要:仿真的应用领域从物理域、信息域,逐步向认知域社会域发展。社会性突发事件发生突然、传播和转换迅速、模式多变,其应急管理需要引入以仿真为基础的人工社会计算实验方法。分析社会性突发事件的特点,研究其应急管理的需求,归纳其应急管理对仿真的挑战;基于ACP方法,论述了平行应急管理的思路、特点和作用,对该方法应用的基础——面向平行应急管理的人工社会的设计方法进行了研究;梳理了支持该方法的人工社会计算实验平台研制的4类关键技术,并概述了多项技术的研究进展。The applications of simulation are extending from the physical domain and information domain to social domain. The social emergency has the characteristics of occurring suddenly, spreading rapidly and multimode, so its management needs the artificial society computing experiments based on the simulation. The characteristic of the social emergency was analyzed to get the requirements of social emergency management and summarize the challenge of social emergency management to simulation. Based on the ACP method, the thinking, characteristic and function of parallel emergency management were expatiated, and the groundwork of the method was studied which was parallel emergency management oriented artificial society. It was discussed how to design an artificial society computing experiment platform that supported this method and summarized the key technologies of building the platform.
