摘 要:城市老城区内部道路等级低,路网结构不尽合理。在不进行大规模城市路网改造的前提下,对城市老城区进行交通微循环方案设计以实现城市路网交通流的合理分布已经成为解决城市交通拥堵问题的重要手段。如何科学评估设计方案的实施效果,如何最大限度地挖掘现有路网的通行能力,避免决策失误造成的损失和浪费成为此类交通方案设计的关键。在基于交通仿真的老城区交通微循环方案设计中,可充分利用交通仿真技术的优势,科学量化方案实施前后车流密度、排队长度、平均旅行时间、排队停车时间等表示路网运营状态的指标,进而对实施方案的评估与决策提供理论依据与数据支持。The level of the road inside the old quarter is low and the structure of the road network is not rational. Therefore, without large-scale reconstruction of urban road network, traffic microcirculation scheme for old quarter is designed to achieve a reasonable traffic flow distribution has become an important means to solve urban traffic congestion problems. However, how to scientifically assess the effect of the design, how to maximize the capacity of the existing road network and avoiding losses and waste caused by the decision-making errors become critical to the design. Microcirculation scheme design of old quarter based on traffic simulation can take advantage of the traffic simulation technology and scientifically quantify the indexes representing the state of road network such as traffic density, queue length, the average travel time and queuing time before and after implementation of the scheme, so that the assessment and decision of the scheme can be provided theoretical basis and data support.
