摘  要:结合VTK和Hoops的建模特点提出了一种渐开线圆柱齿轮的精确建模方法。采用参数化建模方法,确定了齿轮的基本参数和结构参数。将齿轮模型划分为轮齿、腹板和轮毂三个子模型并利用VTK实体建模原理分别构建上述子模型的实体模型。推导出旋转拉伸角计算公式以保证螺旋角的精确度。通过对vtk Poly Data和Shell数据结构的研究,实现了VTK模型和Hoops模型的转换。利用Hoops的布尔运算实现了各子模型的实体拼接,从而得到了完整的齿轮模型,并通过Hoops的B-Rep表示法进行显示。分析并说明了齿轮副模型在三维场景中的啮合过程,实现了齿轮副模型的自动啮合。The involute cylindrical gear modeling was more precisely made by combining the characteristics of FTK and Hoops. By adopting the parametric modeling method, the basic parameters and structual parameters of the gear were conformed. The gear model was divided into three sub models that are tooth model, web model and hub model. The VTK's principles of entity modeling were used to construct those sub models. By deducing the formula of rotational extrusion angle, the precise of helix angle was guaranteed. Through the research of the structure of VTK's polygon data and Hoops' shell data, the transformation between the VTK model and Hoops model was realized. At the same time, the Hoops Boolean operation was applied to joint those sub models together, after that the whole gear model was got and it was displayed by Hoops B-Rep method. The meshing process of the gear pair model in the 3D scene was analyzed and described and the automatic meshing was made to come true.
