摘  要:为了探讨配加含铬低品位铁矿对高炉冶炼的影响,研究了温度、活度、煤气压力等因素对高炉内Cr2O3还原反应的影响及对铁水中w(Cr)的影响。通过热力学计算,得出温度、活度、煤气压力等因素对铁水中w(Cr)的定性、定量关系。w(Cr)随着温度的增加而升高;而在活度相同的时候,铁水中CO分压增大,w(Cr)呈现减小的趋势。In order to understand the influences of adding low-grade chromium ore into the blast furnace, the effect of some factors such as temperature, activity and gas pressure on the reduction reaction of Cr2O3 in the blast furnace and w(Cr) in the molten iron were studied. The qualitative and quantitative relationship between w (Cr) and temperature, activity, gas pressure etc. were obtained by thermodynamic calculation. When temperature was risen, w(Cr) increased. However, with the same activity, w(Cr) showed decrease tendency when the pressure of CO in the molten iron increased.
