摘  要:为了找出热轧钢筋20MnSi在粗轧时断裂的原因,采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和电子探针对断裂钢坯进行了观察和分析。结果表明:钢坯存在孔隙、气泡、聚集分布的夹杂物和夹渣等低倍缺陷,同时钢中还存在严重的带状偏析和异常魏氏组织。分析认为,钢坯中存在严重的低倍缺陷和成分偏析,粗轧温度过高、冷速过快导致了钢坯产生缺陷,进而引起钢坯在热轧过程中开裂。In order to find out the fracture reasons of 20MnSi hot rolled bar during rough rolling , the sample of the roughing cracking steel bars was observed and analyzed by means of metallography microscope, SEM and electron microprobe. The results showed that there were macro defects such as pores, bubbles, aggregated distribution of inclusions and slag in the steel slab. Meanwhile, there were serious banded segregation and abnormal widmanstatten in the steel slab. It was concluded that the defects were caused by serious macro defects and composition segregation in the slab, the higher rough-rolling temperature, and the faster cooling rate, and then leading to slab cracking during rolling process.
