摘 要:采用MODEL CCT-AWY薄钢板热处理仪,对高硬度镀锡板进行模拟连续退火工艺的研究,结果表明:在化学成分、退火保温时间保持不变的情况下,随着退火温度的升高,晶粒增大。确定了适合镀锡原板连续退火工艺的主要参数,即退火温度730℃,保温时间40s,快冷速度35℃/s,过时效温度范围为400~330℃,过时效时间为110s。The simulated experiments of continuous annealing process of high hardness tinplate were studied by MODEL CCT-AWY steel sheet heat treatment instrument. The results showed that the grain sizes increased when the temperature of continuous annealing rose under the same chemical composition and holding time. Meanwhile, the main parameters of continuous annealing process adapting to black tinplate were determined. The annealing temperature was 730 ℃. The holding time was 40 s. The fast cooling rate was 35 ℃/s. The range of over-aging temperature was 400-330 ℃. The over-aging time was 110 s.
