摘  要:武钢二冷轧自投产以来,由于本身设计缺陷、备件问题及现场工况等原因,导致酸轧联机除尘系统不能正常工作。通过对振打系统的改进、在1号S辊处增设吸尘点、更换除尘箱体密封除尘布袋、优化翻板阀控制程序及调整抽风口离带钢的距离等技术手段,不但恢复了设备功能,而且使设备除尘效率提高到94%。改造后现场粉尘量大幅降低,节约了设备维护成本。Since No. 2 Cold Rolling Mill of WISCO put into production, the dedusting system of PL-TCM could not work normally because of its design defects, spare part supply, and the working condition. By means of improving rapping system, adding dust absorption point at No. 1 bridle roller , replacing dust collecting bag of cleaning trunk, optimizing controlling program of flap valve and adjusting the distance between the suction opening and strip , the equipment functions were recovered. The dedusting efficiency of equipment was increased to 94%. The dust content on site was reduced drastically and equipment maintenance cost was reduced.
