摘  要:分析了鞍钢鲅鱼圈分公司目前喷吹使用的烟煤性能,采用正交试验设计方法对提高烟煤的配比进行研究,同时对喷煤方案的混煤粒度组成、富氧率等影响煤粉燃烧因素及输送速度、理论置换比进行了分析,据此确定了最优化的喷煤方案,并进行了工业化试喷吹。试喷吹期间,2座高炉整体稳定顺行,喷煤比分别提高了5.03kg/t和4.97kg/t,燃料比分别降低了7.37kg/t和5.98kg/t。The properties of bituminous coal used in Bayuquan Iron & Steel Branch of Ansteel were analyzed. An orthogonal experimental method had been used to study increasing the proportion of bituminous coal. At the same time, the factors that influenced pulverized coal combustion such as the size distribution of mixed coal, the oxygen enrichment rate and the transportation speed, the theoretical replacement ratio were analyzed. The optimum scheme of pulverized coal injection was then determined and an industrial application was conducted. The two blast furnaces ran smoothly and steadily. The rate of pulverized coal injection of the two blast furnaces was increased 5.03 kg/t and 4. 97 kg/t separately, and the fuel rate was decreased 7. 37 kg/t and 5.98 kg/t respectively.
