摘  要:针对某厂生产的H型钢腹板产生大量裂纹缺陷,采用金相及扫描电镜进行检验分析,结果表明:H型钢腹板长裂纹源于连铸坯裂纹;短裂纹是铸坯气孔或皮下气泡在轧制延伸过程中造成的。为此提出了炼钢原料、成分设计、精炼及连铸工艺等方面的改进措施,H型钢质量缺陷问题得到了有效控制。There were a large number of crack defects in H beam web produced by a factory. To find out the formation reason of the crack defects some samples were analyzed by metallurgical microscope and SEM. The results showed that the long crack of the H beam web was come from cracks of continuous casting slab. The short crack was generated from the pore in slab and subcutaneous bubble stretching during rolling. Improving measures such as raw materials of steelmaking, composition design, refining and continuous casting processes were put forward. As a result, the quality defect problem of H beam was controlled efficiently.
