摘  要:为提升板坯连铸机基础自动化系统(L1)的水平,对宝钢和沙钢引进的板坯连铸机的配置进行了比对,对两者的工厂设计、设备设计、技术附件、I/O清单等进行了分析,并指出两者设计理念和制造技术的相似性,提出了具有普适性的板坯连铸机L1的系统架构、网络构成、L1分层分区与功能模块化的配置清单。In order to improve the level of basic automation system (L1) for slab caster, the configurations for slab casters in Baosteel and Shagang steel were analyzed. The plant design, equipment design, technical appendixes and the I/O list of the two slab caster systems were compared. The similarities between design conception and manufacturing technology for the two slab caster systems were pointed out. The universal configuration lists of L1 system framework , the network constitution, L1 partition and function modularizations for slab caster were put forward.
