摘  要:利用(PVB)反应制备了PVB接枝改性物(MPVB-M),采用红外、核磁氢谱对MPVB-M的结构进行了表征。得出了制备较高分子质量WPVB-MUV固化物的条件:引发剂质量分数2%,紫外光照时间30 s。通过硬度、附着力及耐水性测试研究了不同分子质量的MPVB-M水性化产物WPVB-M的固化物性能,结果表明,WPVB-MUV固化后硬度由5H变为6H,附着力级别由0降为1,UV固化后,随着固化物分子质量增大,其耐水性提高。The polyvinyl butyral( PVB) graft modification product( MPVB- M) was prepared by the reaction of maleic anhydride and PVB. The MPVB- M structures was characterized by IR and1 HNMR. The conditions of preparing high molecular weight WPVB- MUV curing product were as followed: mass fraction of initiator 2% and UV irradiation time 30 s. The performance of different molecular weight WPVB- M( MPVB- M water- based product)cured product were studied by the testings of hardness,adhesion and water resistance. The results showed that the hardness of the UV cured WPVB- M was changed from 5H to 6H and the adhesion level was reduced from 0 to 1.After UV curing,the water resistance of cured product was improved with the increasing of molecular weights.
