摘  要:通过力学性能及热性能测试研究了不同环氧树脂、固化剂、填料对环氧灌封料性能的影响,结果表明,选用纳米橡胶改性环氧树脂与脂肪族环氧树脂,采用改性甲基六氢苯酐为固化剂,并以600目硅灰石与有机膨润土为填料,可制备得到热变形温度达190℃以上的环氧灌封料,其弯曲强度达到92 MPa,冲击强度也提高到15.5 kJ/m2。The effects of different epoxy resins,curing agents and fillers on the performance of epoxy potting material were investigated by the mechanical property and thermal property testings. The results showed that the epoxy potting material with thermal deformation temperature of 190 ℃ could be prepared by using nano rubber modified epoxy resin and aliphatic epoxy resin,modified hexahydro phthalic anhydride curing agent and 600 mesh wollastonite and organic bentonite filler. The flexural strength of the potting material was 92 MPa and the impact strength was increased to 15. 5 kJ /m2.
