摘  要:介绍了含磷化合物阻燃机理,综述了近年来含磷双马来酰亚胺树脂的研究进展。分析了主链含磷和侧链含磷2类双马来酰亚胺树脂的合成原理及不同结构磷的引入对双马来酰亚胺树脂阻燃性能的影响,并总结了每种树脂体系的性能特点。指出了未来含磷双马来酰亚胺树脂的研究将向着低成本,高性能的方向发展。The flame- retardant mechanism of phosphorus- containing compounds were introduced. The recent research progress of phosphorus- containing bismaleimide resins was reviewed. The synthesis principle of main chain containing phosphorus and side chain containing phosphorus BMI were analyzed. The effects of phosphorus with different structures on the properties of BMI were discussed. The characteristics of each resin system was summarized.The future research of phosphorus- containing bismaleimide resins would toward the low- cost and high- performance direction.
