摘  要:针对某石化公司120万t/a柴油加氢改质装置开工试车过程中高压循环氢压缩机活塞杆填料异常泄漏大问题,从压缩机填料设计、材质等方面分析泄漏原因是由于填料环弹簧强度偏小,造成填料环抱紧力不足,填料环不能随着活塞杆运动贴紧密封面,高压侧填料环不能及时回位,致使机组运行中填料泄漏突然加大。提出了增大填料环弹簧强度改造方案,通过试用不同强度弹簧填料环,找到了合理的高压循环氢压缩机填料密封方案,使压缩机开机正常,满足了装置长周期运行要求。In allusion to the piston rod packing leakage problem in the high pressure recycle hydrogen compressor during the commissioning of the 1. 2 Mt / a diesel hydroupgrading unit at a petrochemical company, this article analyzes the reasons for the leakage from the aspects of compressor packing design and material. It is found that the low spring strength of packing ring leads to insufficient hold force of the packing ring,so the packing ring fails to stick close to the sealing surface as the piston rod moves and the packing ring on the high pressure side fails to return in time,thus resulting in a sudden packing leakage increase during the operation of the unit. A proposal is put forward to increase the spring strength of the packing ring,and a reasonable packing seal scheme is found out for high pressure recycle hydrogen compressor by trying packing rings with different spring strengths. As a result, the start-up of the compressor is normal,and the long-term operation of the unit is achieved.
