中压交联电缆热缩附件的特性及应用

摘　　要：为了促进中压交联电缆附件产品质量和安装工艺的提高,本文简介了目前国内热缩附件制造和使用情况,阐述了中压交联电缆热缩附件的材料机理、结构特征和基本要求。分析说明了应力管对电缆屏蔽断口处电场处理的原理及应力管参数控制方法和产品型式试验项目。最后总结了热缩附件在制造过程中应注意的问题,安装的环境条件和操作要点。In order to promote the product quality and installation process of medium voltage XLPE（Cross Linked Polyethylene） cable accessories, we gave a brief introduction of the current domestic manufacture and application status of heat shrinkable accessories, and the material mechanism, structural characteristics and basic requirements of medium voltage XLPE cable heat shrinkable accessories were elaborated. We also analyzed the principle of stress control tube improving electric field distribution at cable shielding fracture and its parameter control method, and then gave a list of type test items of these products. It’s concluded that we should pay great attention to the manufacturing process of heat shrinkable accessories, as well as installing environmental conditions and operating key points.
