摘 要:目的探讨海藻多糖对H22肝癌小鼠抗肿瘤作用的相关机制。方法观察不同药物剂量的海藻多糖对H22肝癌小鼠模型血清中VEGF、IL-2和细胞凋亡相关基因-2(Bcl-2)含量变化,同时计算抑瘤率。结果海藻多糖对H22肝癌小鼠肿瘤抑制效果以中剂量为佳,其可以提高血清中IL-2含量,减少VEGF含量水平。下调Bcl-2基因表达。结论海藻多糖对H22肝癌小鼠的肿瘤生长确实有一定的抑制作用,其机制为增强机体免疫功能,同时下调Bcl-2基因表达而达到抑瘤效果。Objective To investigate the mechanism of antitumor effect of seaweed polysaccharides on mice with liver cancer. Methods Observe the effect on change of concentration of IL-2,VEGF, Bcl-2 and anti-tumor rate of different doses of seaweed polysaccharides in mice with liver cancer. Results Seaweed polysaccharides can increase the level of IL-2 and decrease the level of VEGF in serum and also decrease the expression of Bcl-2.There is a best anti-tumor effect of seaweed polysaccharides in a middle dose on mice with liver cancer. Conclusion Seaweed polysaccharides have an anti-tumor effect in mice with liver cancer and the mechanism was to boost the body's immune function and decrease the expression of Bcl-2.
