摘　　要：调解作为重要的纠纷解决方式,其核心是方法。合理运用调解方法,有利于促成调解的达成,便于执行和彻底化解纠纷。调解的一般方法包括教育、协商和疏导三种,它们各自的适用范围和运用类型不尽相同。调解人员为促成双方当事人的合意,需要掌握一定的技巧。As an important way to resolve disputes, mediation＇s core is its general method. Rational using of mediation methods can promote mediation and easily resolve the dispute. The general methods include education, negotiation and persuasion, but the scope and application are not the same. To facilitate the consent of both parties, the mediator still need to master certain skills.
