摘 要:利用ANSYS软件分析了高温螺栓法兰连接系统在预紧、承压及热-机操作工况下的应力和变形行为,并基于强度分析和密封分析对螺栓法兰连接进行了安全评定。结果表明:不同工况下,应力具有相似的分布规律,法兰最大应力在螺母与法兰接触面的内侧,上、下法兰应力分布具有对称性;螺栓应力呈现拉弯组合形变,最大应力出现在由中间向两端第一个螺纹根部;垫片应力在各工况下均呈现为外大内小,密封面压力均大于满足密封要求的最小压紧力,法兰的转角均小于0.3o,满足法兰刚度要求,强度分析和密封分析均满足要求,具有良好的紧密性,给出了一种工程分析方法。By using ANASYS software,the stresses and deformations of bolted flange joint under the conditions of seating,pressure and thermal-mechanical combined load were analyzed,and the safety assessment of this joint was performed based on strength analysis and sealing analysis.It was shown from the results that under different conditions,there are similar stress distributions,the maximum stress appeared at the inner side of the contact surface of nut and flange,and the stresses at upper and lower side are symmetric; the stress in bolt is combined with tensile stress and bending stress,and the maximum stresses are existed at the first thread root of both ends of the bolts; Under all conditions,the contact pressure on gasket appears larger at outer side and smaller at inner side,and it is beyond the minimum pressure which is required for seal; the deflection angle of the flange is less than 0.3 degree,which reaches the requirement of stiffness.Thus,both analysis in strength and sealing resulted in satisfactory required tightness for the joint.What was shown herein presented one engineering method for the analysis of bolted flange joint.
