摘  要:以工艺螺杆压缩机用动压滑动轴承为例,通过流固仿真软件对动压滑动轴承油膜和轴瓦进行分析,得到动压滑动轴承内油膜的流场分布及轴瓦在油膜压力下的变形情况,并研究了入口压力、偏心率对油膜压力值的影响以及偏心率对轴瓦变形量的影响。通过分析得知:入口压力对油膜压力值的影响很小,油膜压力值和轴瓦变形量会随着偏心率的增大而增加。Exampled with hydrodynamic sliding bearing in screw compressor and through the analysis of oil film and bush in this bearing by using fluid-solid simulation software,the flow field distribution of oil film in hydrodynamic sliding bearing and the deflection of the bush under oil film pressure were obtained.The effects of the pressure at input and eccentricity to the oil film pressure as well as the effect of eccentricity to the deflection of bush were studied.It was known from the analysis that the effect of the pressure at input to oil film pressure is small,but oil film pressure and the deflection of bush would be increased with the increase of eccentricity.
