摘　　要：针对某水轮发电机的推力头与镜板联接螺栓,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS,分析计算得出螺栓的最大综合应力,计算对称条件下螺栓的应力幅,对螺栓进行强度和疲劳考核,为螺栓设计提供了依据。Using the finite element analysis software ANSYS to analyze and calculate the Von-Mises Stress of the coupling bolt between hydrogenerator thrust runner and rotating plate . According to the Handbook of mechanical design, calculate the stress amplitude of coupling bolt under the condition of symmetry. Assessing the strength and fatigue of coupling bolt, provide the basis for the design of the screw.
