摘　　要：制定我国受公共资助研究成果的开放存取自存档政策已是当务之急,而政策的实施依赖于相应的开放存取仓储系统的建立。文章利用原型系统开发方法,采用B/S架构,使用MSSQL2005数据库,利用JSP进行开发,设计开发公共资助研究成果开放存取仓储系统,以促进我国受公共资助的研究成果的提交、科学组织、集中揭示、存储管理和重用。It is urgent to make a policy for the open access of publicly-funded research output in China, and the implementation of the policy depends on the construction of an open access repository system. By means of prototyping, using B/S structure, the authors develop an open access repository system for publicly- funded research output in JSP with MSSQL2005 as database. It is hoped that this system can accelerate the submitting, organizing, revealing, storing and reusing of the publicly-funded research output.
