摘　　要：把拟环面限制李代数的性质推广到限制Leibniz代数,得到了拟环面限制Leibniz代数的一些重要性质,并利用这些性质给出了拟环面限制Leibniz代数交换性的几个充分条件.The authors generalized some properties of the quasi-toral restricted Lie algebras to restricted Leibniz algebras,obtained some important properties for the quasi-toral restricted Leibniz algebras,and gave several sufficient conditions of commutativity for the quasi-toral restricted Leibniz algebras by means of these properties for the quasi-toral restricted Leibniz algebras.
