整体护理在血液透析患者护理中应用效果的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨整体护理在血液透析患者护理中的实效性。方法选取2011年1月-2014年1月收治的200例血液透析患者,将患者随机分为对照组和观察组各100例。对照组按照常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上进行整体护理。比较2组患者的生活质量、并发症发生情况和对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组情感指数、健康指数、感情指数、生活满意度评分均高于对照组;观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(χ2=14.742,P<0.01);观察组对护理工作的满意度高于对照组(Z=-2.544,P<0.05)。结论整体护理能够降低并发症的发生率,提高患者的生活质量,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。Objective To study the effect of holistic nursing in hemodialysis patients. Methods From January 2011 to January 2014, 200 hemodialysis patients in our hospital were di- vided into observation group （n = 100） and control group （n = 100）. The control group was given routine nursing, the experimental group was given holistic nursing at the base of control group. The quality of life, the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction of patients in two groups were compared. Results The scores of affective index, health index, emotional well-being index and life satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than that in the control group. The incidence of complications in the experimental group were significantly lower than that in the control group （ 2： 14. 742,P〈0.01）, and the nursing satisfaction of patients in the experimental group were higher than that in the control group （Z= -2. 544,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Holistic nursing can reduce the incidence of complications, improve the quality of life of patients and patients＇ satisfaction on nursing work.
