手卫生措施的整合对骨科内置物手术切口感染的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨手卫生措施的整合对骨科内置物手术切口感染的影响。方法将医护人员未应用手卫生整合措施进行手术的患者作为对照组,医护人员应用手卫生整合措施进行手术的患者作为观察组,每组122例,比较2组切口感染情况和患者的满意度。结果观察组手术切口感染5例低于对照组14例(χ2=7.068,P<0.01);观察组患者满意度高于对照组(Z=-5.134,P<0.01)。结论在骨科内置物手术中应用手卫生整合措施,可减少手术切口感染的发生,提高患者的满意度。Objective To study the effects of the integration of hand hygiene measures to incision infection of implant operation in department of orthopedics. Methods Totally 244 patients with implant operation in department of orthopedics were randomly divided into observation group （n 122）and control group（n=122）. The observation group was given integration of hand hygiene measures, and the control group was not given integration of hand hygiene measures. Incision infection and patients＇ satisfaction of 2 groups were compared. Results Incision infection rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （x^2 = 7. 068, P 〈 0.01）. The patients＇ satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（Z =- 5. 134, P（ 0.01）. Conclusion Integration of hand hygiene measures in implant operation can reduce the incision infection, improve patients＇ satisfaction.
