异性互动训练对精神分裂症患者治疗依从性及治疗效果的影响

摘　　要：目的研究异性互动训练在精神分裂症患者治疗中应用效果。方法选取98例精神分裂症患者,随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组48例采取基本治疗方法的同时进行男女隔离训练,观察组50例在基本治疗的基础上采取男女互动训练的方法。比较2组治疗效果和治疗依从性、复发情况。结果观察组治疗依从性明显好于对照组(Z=-4.950,P<0.01)。观察组治疗效果好于对照组(Z=-2.376,P<0.05)。观察组复发率为11.1%明显低于对照组的39.4%。结论采用异性互动训练方法,可提高患者治疗效果和治疗依从性,减少复发,促进患者社会功能的恢复。Objective To study the effects of heterosexual interactions training to improve treatment compliance and therapeutic effect for patients with schizophrenia. Methods Totally 98 patients with schizophrenia selected in our hospital were divided into observation group （n =50）and control group （n = 48）. The observation group was given heterosexual interaction training at the base of basic treatment. The control group was given separation training of heterosexual. The compliance of treatment, therapeutic effect and relapse of 2 groups were compared. Results After treatment, the treatment compliance of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（Z = -4. 950, P 〈0.01）, and the therapeutic effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group（Z=-2. 376,P〈0.05）. The relapse rate in the observation group was 11.1% , which was lower than that in the control group （39.40//00）. Conclusion Heterosexual interactive training can improve the treatment compliance and therapeutic effect, reduce recurrence, promote the recovery of social function in patients with schizophrenia.
