摘　　要：隐性采访作为一种特殊的采访手段,是媒体获取新闻素材保证新闻真实性的重要方法之一,也是媒体履行社会监督职责的重要手段之一,但隐性采访的不当运用也会产生不良后果。新闻工作者在运用隐性采访时,应当严格坚持新闻工作者职业道德操守,注重隐性采访手段运用的正当性、合法性和合理性,在履行社会监督职能的同时,尽可能地避免对采访对象隐私的不必要暴露,以保护采访对象的合法权益。The recessive interview is a special way of interview. It, is an important method to guarantee the authenticity of news and is also an important means to fulfi ll media’s social responsibilities of supervision, But improper use of recessive interview will have adverse consequences. Journalists using recessive interview should strictly adhere to professional ethics and focus on the legitimacy and rationality of using it. while fulfilling social responsibilities of supervision, the media should avoid unnecessary exposure of interviewees’ privacy as much as possible in order to protect the legal rights and interests of interviewees.
