摘　　要：目的探讨乐儿康颗粒治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染效果。方法选择2010年2月~2013年2月台州恩泽医疗中心台州医院儿科门诊反复呼吸道感染患儿94例,按就诊时间随机分为干预组和对照组。对照组在急性感染期给予抗感染及对症治疗;干预组在此基础上予乐儿康颗粒口服,疗程2周。1年后评价疗效,并比较免疫球蛋白水平及呼吸道感染次数。结果干预组治疗效果优于对照组（P〈0.01）,干预组治疗后Ig A、Ig G、Ig M水平分别为（1.38±0.67）、（7.57±1.31）、（1.36±0.42）g/L,对照组治疗后Ig A、Ig G、Ig M水平分别为（1.86±0.52）、（9.78±1.57）、（1.73±0.44）g/L,两组比较,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）;对照组治疗后出现呼吸道感染次数为（5.79±1.43）次,干预组治疗后呼吸道感染次数为（3.63±1.81）次,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论乐儿康颗粒治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染效果确切,能显著提高免疫球蛋白水平,减少呼吸道感染次数,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the therapeutic efficacy of Le＇er Kang Granule in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection. Methods 94 children with recurrent respiratory tract infection in outpatient Department of Paediatrics, Taizhou Hospital of Taizhou Enze Medical Center from February 2010 to February 2013, according to their consulting order, they were randomly divided into control group and the intervention group. Patients in control group were given anti infection and symptomatic treatment in acute infection period, and patients in the intervention group were given Le＇er Kang Granule on the basis of the control group, and the course of treatment was 2 weeks. Then the therapeutic ef-fects in both groups were evaluated after one year, then immunoglobulin levels and the frequency of respiratory infec-tion were compared. Results The efficacy in the intervention group was better than that in the control group （P〈 0.01）. IgA, IgG, IgM levels were （1.38±0.67）, （7.57±1.31）, （1.36±0.42） g/L in the intervention group after treatment, and （1.86±0.52）, （9.78±1.57）, （1.73±0.44） g/L in the control group, there were significant differences between them （P〈0.01）. The respiratory infection times was （5.79±1.43） times after the treatment in control group, and （3.63±1.81） times in the intervention group, there were significant differences between them （P〈 0.01）. Conclusion It has a definite therapeutic effect of Le＇er Kang Granule in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection, significantly improve the blood im-munoglobulin level, reduce the number of respiratory tract infection and it deserves popularization and application.
