摘 要:现有的几种用模糊数量化模糊语言进行可靠性模糊分配的方法存在计算过程复杂的缺陷,影响实际应用效果。在梯形模糊数量化模糊语言的基础上引入了模糊数明晰化方法,数据处理通过简单编程即可完成;充分考虑人们对事物认识的模糊性,引入偏重系数对层次分析法的比例标度法进行改进,使各影响因素权重的计算结果更符合实际。将改进后的模糊综合评判法与层次分析法结合进行环模制粒机可靠性分配,结果证明该分配方法实用、合理。The defect of complex computing process exits in several current fuzzy reliability allocation methods by using fuzzy numbers to quantify fuzzy language and the actual application effect is affected. So the explicitation method of fuzzy numbers is introduced by using trapezoidal fuzzy numbers to quantify fuzzy language to simplify computing process. The data processing is carried out by simple programming based on MATLAB. The bias coefficient is introduced after taking full account of the fuzziness during the cognition of human beings to improve the ratio scale of Analytic Hierarchy Process( AHP) so that the computed results of the weight of influencing factors are closer to reality. The improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and AHP are combined to allocate reliability of pellet mill and this allocation method is proved practical and reasonable.
