莫匹罗星联合医用臭氧治疗溃疡期压疮的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨莫匹罗星联合医用臭氧治疗溃疡期压疮的临床效果,以供临床参考。方法选取本院2011年1月-2012年10月收治的60例院外带入溃疡期压疮的患者,将患者随机分为实验组和对照组,各30例。实验组采用莫匹罗星软膏联合医用臭氧治疗,清创处理后用3M敷料覆盖伤口,喷入100 ml医用臭氧,1 min后将莫匹罗星软膏涂在创面上,用无菌纱布覆盖包扎。对照组清创后采用美宝湿润烧伤膏,外涂创面,1次/d10观察两组的治疗效果。结果实验组的总有效率为86.67%,高于对照组的53.33%（χ^2=6.4286,P〈0.05）。实验组的愈合时间为（12.64±5.48）d,对照组为（18.82±5.36）d,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。在治疗过程中,对照组患者出现头晕、头痛2例,脱水1例,实验组未出现严重不良反应。结论莫匹罗星联合医用臭氧治疗溃疡期压疮的效果确切,可提高治愈率,缩短相应治疗时间,减少患者的痛苦,是一种安全有效的治疗方式,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of mupirocin combined with medical ozone treating bedsore of ulcer stage for clinical reference. Methods 60 cases with bedsore of ulcer stage outside of a hospital treated in our hospital from January 2011 to October 2012 were selected and they were divided into the experimental group（n=30） and control group（n =30）.The experimental group was treated with mupirocin ointment combined with medical ozone,the wound was covered with 3M dressing after debridement,medical ozone of 100 ml were sprayed into the wound,mupirocin ointment was coated on the wound after 1 min,then sterile gauze was used to cover and bandage the wound.The control group was treated with Mabel moist burn cream coated on the wound,once a day,the treatment effect of the two groups was observed. Results The total effective rate in the experimental group（86.67%） was higher than that in the control group（53.33%）（χ^2=6.4286,P〈0.05）.The healing time of the experimental group was（12.64±5.48） d,the control group was（18.82±5.36） d,and there was a statistical difference of the two groups（P〈0.05）.During treatment,there were dizziness,headache in 2 cases of the control group,1 case of dehydration,the experimental group did not appear serious adverse reactions. Conclusion Mupirocin combined with medical ozone treating bedsore of ulcer stage has exact effect,and can improve the cure rate,shorten the appropriate treatment time and reduce the suffering of patients.It is a safe and effective treatment method,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
