摘  要:目的探讨多部门联合干预模式在多重耐药菌医院感染防控中的作用。方法以检出多重耐药菌的住院患者为观察对象,观察实施多部门联合干预模式后多重耐药菌的医院感染率、治疗性使用抗菌药物微生物标本送检率、隔离措施执行率等监控指标。结果采取多部门联合干预模式后各项多重耐药菌医院感染防控措施执行率均明显提高,治疗性使用抗菌药物微生物标本送检率较联合干预前明显提高,多重耐药菌医院感染率持续下降。结论通过采取多重耐药菌多部门联合管理模式,管理更加规范,临床科室多重耐药菌医院感染防控措施落实依从性明显提高,成效明显。Objective To investigate effect of multi-sectoral joint intervention model in hospital infection prevention and control of multiple drug-resistant organism. Methods Hospitalized patients with multiple drug-resistant organism were selected as observation objects.After the implementation of multi-sectoral joint intervention model,monitoring indexes including hospital infection rate of multiple drug-resistant organism,therapeutic use of antimicrobial agents microorganisms specimens inspection rate and isolation measure execution rate were observed. Results After the implementation of multi-sectoral joint intervention model,execution rate of hospital infection prevention and control measure on multiple drug-resistant organism was significantly improved,therapeutic use of antimicrobial agents microorganisms specimens inspection rate was significantly higher than that united before intervention,hospital infection rate of multiple drug-resistant organism continued to decline. Conclusion Management more standardized by taking multi-sectoral joint management model of multiple drug-resistant organism.Implement compliance of hospital infection prevention and control measure on multiple drug-resistant organism in clinical department is significantly increased.The effect is obvious.
