摘　　要：鼻烟窝内瘘是在手鼻烟窝区建立血管内瘘的一种形式。它以独特的自身优势,受到广大透析患者和临床工作者的青睐,被认为是血液透析首选的永久性血管通路。然而,其术后并发症仍是决定内瘘成败的关键,本文将对鼻烟窝内瘘术后的常见并发症进行综述。Snuffbox arteriovenous fistula is a form of vessel internal fistula in the hand.Since invented,snuffbox arteriovenous fistula has won the good graces of patients with maintaining hemodialysis and clinical scientists by its advantages.It is also recognized as the first selected vessel internal fistula for permanent use in hemodialysis.However,its postoperative complications are still the key to the success or failure of arteriovenous fistula today.In this paper,postoperative complications in snuffbox arteriovenous fistula will be reviewed as follows.
