透明敷贴联合纱布敷料在Ⅰ期压疮防治中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨透明敷贴联合纱布敷料在I期压疮预防和治疗中的效果。方法选择本院2013年4月～2014年7月收治的压疮高危患者和I期压疮患者100例作研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，各50例，观察组采用透明敷贴联合纱布敷料预防和治疗I期压疮，对照组采用透明敷贴预防和治疗I期压疮，观察两组的压疮发生率和治疗总有效率。结果观察组I期压疮总有效率显著高于对照组，压疮高危患者压疮发生率显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论透明敷贴联合纱布敷料应用于I期压疮的防治有良好的临床效果，价格相对便宜，值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of transparent patch combined with gauze dressing on prevention and cure of stage-one pressure sore. Methods One hundred patients with pressure sores in high risk or at stage-one admit-ted into our hospital from April 2013 to July 2014 were selected as research objects and evenly divided into observa-tion group and control group in random,each group of 50 cases.In the observation group,transparent patch combined with gauze dressing was applied in the prevention and cure of stage-one pressure sore,while in the control group,only transparent patch was used for the prevention and cure of stage-one pressure sore.The incidence rate of pressure sores and therapeutic effective rate in the two groups were observed. Results Total effective rate of stage-one pressure sore in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,incidence rate of high-risk pressure sore was remark-ably lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of transparent patch and gauze dressing can obtain a good clinical effect on prevention and cure of stage-one pressure sore.Its price is relatively low,and is worthy of clinical expansion and application.
