Sysmex XT-1800i异型淋巴细胞提示信息对EB病毒感染的临床价值探讨

摘　　要：目的：探讨Sysmex XT-1800i血液分析仪异型淋巴细胞提示信息对EB病毒感染的临床价值。方法选取2013年1月～2014年8月Sysmex XT-1800i血液分析仪有异型淋巴细胞提示信息的300例门诊或住院患者作为研究对象。所有患者的标本于2 h内涂片、瑞氏染色、镜检，同时检测血清EBV IgM抗体。结果显微镜法确认的异型淋巴细胞阳性率为79.3%。仪器法和显微镜法检测异型淋巴细胞均为阳性组的血清EBV IgM阳性率为87.9%，显著高于仪器法阳性而显微镜法阴性组的19.1%，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。异型淋巴细胞低比例组的EBV IgM抗体阳性率为75.9%，显著低于高比例组的94.6%，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论 Sysmex XT-1800i血液分析仪异型淋巴细胞提示信息具有重要临床价值，能够提示EB病毒感染。Objective To explore the clinical value of atypical lymphocyte alerting information from Sysmex XT-1800i for the EB virus infection. Methods 300 outpatients or inpatients with atypical lymphocyte alerting information from Sysmex XT-1800i from January 2013 to August 2014 were selected as the research object.All specimens were smeared and detected with Wright’s staining for microscopy,and serum EBV IgM antibody was detected in 2 hours. Results Pos-itive samples of atypical lymphocytes confirmed by microscopy was 79.3%.The positive rate of serum EBV IgM in in-strumental method（＋） and microscopy（＋） group was 87.9%,which was higher than 19.1% in instrumental method（＋） but microscopy（-） group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The positive rate of EBV IgM antibody in low proportion group was 75.9%,which was lower than 94.6%in high proportion group,with significant difference（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Atypi-cal lymphocyte alerting information of Sysmex XT-1800i has important clinical value,which can prompt the infection of EB virus.
