妙用补中益气汤

摘　　要：目的补中益气汤出自《脾胃论》,为李东垣创制的著名方剂,临床涉及病种甚多,主要有两大作用:一则补气健脾,使后天生化有源,脾胃气虚诸证痊愈;二则升提中气,恢复中焦升降之功能,专门治疗"脾胃之气下流,使谷气不得升浮,是春生之令不行,则无阳以护其荣卫,不任风寒乃生寒热"的脾胃之气不足诸证。方法通过失音案、经行眩晕、漏证、低烧等病例验证该方的临床应用范围。结果 4个临床验案均有效,取得满意效果。结论补中益气汤在临床应用范围广泛,只要病机相关,辨证准确,灵活运用该方可以治疗多种病证。Objective Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,as the most prestigious prescription from Li Dongheng,is effective for many clinical diseases with two main functions： one is to invigorate Qi and strengthen spleen,which will nourish the origin for the uprising and conversion and heal the syndromes with deficiencies in the spleen and stomach; the other is to help patients regain the function of spleen and stomach by elevating the spleen-Qi,especially treating spleen and stomach Qi deficiency syndromes. It is described as ＂Qi of spleen and stomach flows downwards and prevents the stomach Qi from rising,blocking Spring（ Liver） Qi and having no Yang Qi to guard,so that it would become vulnerable to the cold and heat＂. Methods This paper is to demonstrate its wide clinical application through treating diseases of aphonia,menstruation vertigo,discharges,low fever and etc. Results The four proven cases were effective and achieved satisfactory results. Conclusion Buzhong Yiqi Decoction with a wide clinical application can cure various diseases effectively and flexibly based on accurate differentiation.
