摘　　要：目的观察整骨理筋调曲法治疗寰枢椎关节半脱位的临床疗效并探讨其治疗机制。方法经门诊收治60例寰枢椎关节半脱位患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组以整骨理筋调曲法治疗,对照组以颌枕牵引治疗,以症状、体征、寰枢椎开口位X线片上寰枢轴线的分离程度观察指标评定治疗效果。结果观察组临床有效率为83.33%,对照组临床有效率为66.67%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整骨理筋调曲法较颌枕牵引更能改善寰枢椎关节半脱位患者的症状、体征和减少寰枢椎的解剖移位,是治疗寰枢椎关节半脱位的一种简便、安全、有效的方法。Objective To observe the clinical effects of curvature method of adjusting bone and tendon on atlantoaxial joint subluxation and explore its therapeutic mechanism. Methods 60 cases of patients with atlantoaxial joint subluxation in clinic were selected. They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group was treated with curvature method of adjusting bone and tendon,and the control group acquired jaw-pillow traction treatment. Therapeutic effects would be evaluated according to the observational index of symptoms and signs,and the separation degree of Atlas pivot line on the X-ray films of Atlanto-axial job openings. Results In the observation group,the clinical effective rate was 83. 33%. The clinical effective rate of the control group was 66. 67%.The two groups had significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Compared to jaw-pillow traction treatment,curvature method of adjusting bone and tendon performs better in improving the symptoms and signs of patients with atlantoaxial joint subluxation and it can reduce the dissection displacement of atlantoaxial. Therefore,curvature method of adjusting bone and tendon is a simple,safe,and effective method for the treatment of atlantoaxial joint subluxation. etter in improving the symptoms and signs of patients with atlantoaxial joint subluxation and it can reduce the dissection displacement of atlantoaxial.
