摘  要:通过对硫铵结晶底入式搅拌器流场的CFD数值模拟,分析了搅拌转速、搅拌桨半径对高效轴流式搅拌器流场的影响。研究表明,搅拌转速对搅拌釜内流场的分布形式影响较小,随着转速的增加,流量和功率随之增加,近似呈线性规律分布,搅拌器内流体具有较好的循环性能;随着搅拌半径的增大,搅拌器内速度分布逐渐均匀,搅拌桨对流体的剪切性能较好。The bottom entry agitator' s flow filed in ammonium sulfate crystallization was simulated with CFD software, including analysis of the stirring speed and the radius of stirring impeller' s impact on efficient axial flow field. The simulation results indicate that the stirring speed has less affection on the distribution of flow field in the stirred tank. With the increase of rotational speed, both increased flow and power resembles ap- proximately linear, and the fluid in the agitator has a good cycle performance; with the gradually increasing of stirring radius, the speed distribution within the stirrer becomes uniform, and the stirring impeller holds a bet- ter shear performance.
