摘　　要：本文从历史资料研究入手,对民国陪都西京市筹建过程及其在西安历史上的意义进行多方面的分析,阐明城市发展与国家决策的绝大关系以及经济繁荣的必要条件,为认识历史、经营城市提供借鉴。This paper studies the construction of Xijing City, which was the capital of the Republic of China, by analyzing the historical documents and data. This paper also studies its historical influence on Xi＇an history in many aspects. This paper presents the most necessary conditions to explain the relationship between urban development that has influence on national political direction and economic improvement. In order to understand Xi＇an developmental history, this paper has provided the meaningful reference.
