摘  要:大跨径预应力混凝土梁桥施工过程复杂,施工过程中除了受材料容重、预应力筋张拉力大小、弹性模量影响之外,还会受到各项次内力,如预应力筋松弛、温度变化、混凝土收缩与徐变、支座不均匀沉降等的作用,这些次应力都直接关系到桥梁施工的质量[1]。若对这些问题处理不妥,除了对桥梁结构本身的受力不利,还可能会使线形不顺畅,影响视觉效果,最终不能满足桥梁的设计要求[2]。本文项目中因历时5个施工工况,在工况4下桥梁体系发生了变化,所以取工况4进行分析,考虑次内力影响作用下实际监测值与理论计算值之间的误差,希望能为同类型桥梁的设计和施工控制计算提供参考。Long-span prestressed concrete girder bridge construction process is complex, it was not only influenced by the material density in the process of construction, prestressed tension size, elastic modulus influence, but also by the secondary internal force, such as the relaxation of prestressed steel, temperature variation and concrete shrinkage and creep, bearing uneven settlement, etc., these are directly related to the quality of the bridge construction. If these issues were solved improperly, it would not only go against the stress of the bridge structure itself, but also make the linear not smooth and influence the visual effect, finally could not meet the requirement of the design of bridges. This project lasted five construction conditions, bridge system changed under the condition of 4, so this paper took the working condition of 4 to analysis the error between actual monitoring value and the theoretical calculation value under considering the influence of secondary internal forces, and hope that it can provide reference for the same type bridge design and construction control calculation.
